Join us on Saturday, 27th September at Interlude Studio for a Mini Retreat Day for body and mind: a Saturday morning escape designed to energize, nourish, and connect you - with an uplifting live DJ set by Allknight playing throughout the entire experience.
Weâll start with a signature floor barre class led by the lovely Em from The Barre Class. This session is crafted to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while enhancing alignment, all accompanied by Allknightâs expertly curated beats.
After class, enjoy a lively vegetarian brunch with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, featuring bold seasonal flavors by Mami. Don't miss Mamiâs famous Kubaneh bread, perfect for tearing, sharing, and dipping, all while the DJ keeps the energy flowing.
